Thank you for considering me as your clinical hypnotherapist. I’ve had the privilege of working in healthcare for over ten years, in a range of settings from pediatric hospice to home health nursing, as well as various roles within Women & Children’s care, including Mother-Baby, Labor & Delivery, Pediatric Medical-Surgical, and the Neonatal ICU. Through these experiences, I’ve seen firsthand how our emotions and beliefs—often rooted in the subconscious—affect not only our own well-being, but the health of our families and loved ones.
Like many of my clients, I’ve faced challenges and stresses in my own life. While balancing night shifts as a float nurse studying clinical and transpersonal hypnotherapy along with navigating the joys and stresses of motherhood. Hypnotherapy became my personal tool for managing burnout, reducing anxiety and overcoming fears, such as public speaking. Inspired by these transformative experiences, I completed 500 hours of training at the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy and now help others achieve their own breakthroughs—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual—through the power of the subconscious mind.
Through my blog and YouTube channel, I share the incredible benefits of hypnotherapy and how it helped me transition from a burnt-out nurse to a thriving, balanced hypnotherapist. I’m dedicated to helping you manage stress, improve sleep, boost confidence, and unlock your full potential at every stage of life.
I invite you to explore the power of your subconscious mind and join me on a journey of healing and transformation.
Born into a military family, I grew up in several places, including Georgia, Virginia, Hawaii, Okinawa, and Italy, which gave me a diverse perspective on life from an early age. My path to nursing was unique; I initially studied Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida, even spending a semester abroad in Australia, before ultimately earning my Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. Along the way, I discovered my true passion for healthcare and the healing arts, and I’ve been on a journey of learning and growth ever since.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about watersports—whether it’s scuba diving, sailing, wing foiling, paddle boarding, or simply swimming in the ocean. These activities keep me grounded and help me maintain balance, just as I aim to help my clients do through hypnotherapy.
