If you are currently under the care of a physician or mental health professional for a diagnosed condition such as chronic insomnia, depression, PTSD, or anxiety — or if you are taking prescription medications for these or related concerns — a referral or written acknowledgment from your provider may be requested before we begin working together.

This ensures your safety and supports a collaborative approach to your care.

You do not need a referral for issues such as:

  • Trouble falling asleep due to stress or overthinking

  • Pre-surgical or procedural anxiety

  • General support for emotional wellness, self-esteem, habit change, or confidence
